Artist/Vendor Application

Applications must be received by October 15 for inclusion in the event.

BOOTH TYPES

1) Outdoor Booth ($50) 10 x 10 space (~40 spaces available.)  

We ask that you provide your own tent (preferably white), table, chairs, displays, etc. Be prepared for any kind of weather, rain, snow, or shine!  BRING WEIGHTS TO SECURE YOUR TENT IN CASE OF HIGH WINDS. Outdoor spaces are at Star Alley Park (662 South Ave), Postler & Jaeckle (615 South Ave.) and DO NOT have electrical capabilities.

 

2) Indoor Booth ($140) 10 x 10 space: SOLD OUT

 

3) Indoor Table ($100) 6’ or 8’ table plus up to 2 chairs

 

We ask that you provide your own tables & chairs. 

The spaces are located at the following locations (more being added):

  • Odd Fellows Lodge, 357 Gregory Street (10 x 10 spaces)
  • John's Tex-Mex. 426 South Avenue (table spaces)
  • Boulder Coffee Cafe, 100 Alexander Street (table spaces)
  • Abundance Co-op, 571 South Avenue (table spaces)
  • Lux Lounge, 666 South Avenue (table spaces)

DAY OF SHOW INFORMATION

  • The festival is open from 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM, we request you stay until 4:00 PM and do not leave early.
  • Set-up is from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM. Parking and loading/unloading information will be provided upon confirmation of your participation.
  • There will be food available for purchase through our local eateries and food trucks!
  • Please let us know if you need electricity or wi-fi, it will be available at some indoor locations at an additional cost.
  • Vendor fees are non-refundable.
