PDM Architecture

The architectural firm of Paul Douglas Minor was founded in 1976 to provide a full range of architectural services to as broad a population as possible. In 35 years of private practice, Paul has served over 600 individual clients.

Through careful listening, patience, and coaching, Paul simplifies the architectural and building process to help make this the exciting time it is! Whether your project involves an individual, family, a committee or your business, Paul employs a team approach, encouraging active participation of the client and involving contractors and consultants at the appropriate time in the process.

In-house capabilities include Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) and 3-Dimensional modeling of design projects. Through the use of consultants, all aspects of a project can be incorporated within that unified design team.

As part of his commitment to making Architecture accessible to everyone, he sets aside a portion of his time for pro bono Professional services.

Company principal Paul Minor holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Architecture from Syracuse University and formerly a member of the American Institute of Architects, Boston Society of Architects, and Rochester NY chapter of the AIA. He is presently licensed in New York.
