The tea selection is great and really good for a social atmosphere. So many clubs meet there for board games or volunteer groups. During the summer, their short menu of ice cream is perfect to cool down.

I love this place. The service is top notch, with a smile and lite chatter. Wi-Fi, quiet, and if you like, settle on a couch or stuffed chair, or study at a wall table, or in a corner. Nice selection of coffee and tea, and the the salads are big and tasty. I try going there 4 to 5 times a week at noon.
Say hello to John (morning shift untill noon) and tell him Jim sent you.

    John’s dad….

Checked it out being new to the area and wasn’t very happy.
Pastry selections looked like they were pre-bought, Little Debby treats.
    Looked dirty, depressing and dreary.
    Coffee was generic.

Not a place I would want to hang out.

Don’t believe the rating, Equal Grounds is way better than that! Some Debbie Downer gave this place a 1 a few days ago, and there aren’t enough votes to average it out yet. Best coffee anywhere, and wonderful atmosphere. By far my favorite coffee place.

I have tried smoothies, lattes, chais, coffee and tea from this place. Every drink is consistenly delicious. Every other coffee shop I go to has an overly sweet or weird chai, or will make a drink great once and then crappy the next time you go. Not Equal Grounds- ALWAYS AMAZING. The staff is friendly…I love this coffee shop so much. They really put out a great product and have a nice big space for people to do work and chat. And they’re open so late! That anyone would give this place a poor review is beyond me.
